When you’re planning on going on a safari holiday, you’ll need to pack well in advance because it’s important to be prepared. Here are three things you won’t want to forget when you’re going on your African safari holiday of a lifetime.

Insect repellent

Without this you could be bit hundreds of times, possibly resulting in you having to stay indoors missing out on all of the action. Skin can be sore and irritated if sprays aren’t used to be sure to pack one or two bottles.

Camera

A camera is so important as you’ll want to capture the animals in their prime. Memories are great but photos last longer so be sure to pack one with plenty of memory cards.

Suncream

The weather in Africa can change suddenly so even if you’re not expecting it to be ridiculously hot you’ll need to make sure you have suncream. If you forget, you can buy from a local shop or the airport, but try to get a quality bottle of suncream before you depart.
